For the past 10 years or so, New York state bureaucrats did not know how to properly interpret and implement the medicaid program.

... and the 2,000-page Obamacare will make things better??!??? :roll:

That sucks, but increasing the use of technology in health care is still one of the actual good things about the Obamacare bill.

Trash in, trash out. Computers are not the moral of the story, dawg. Policy complexity and government inefficiency is the point. Obamacare makes bad, inefficient, and expensive public policy even worse.
