Author and Tea Party activist Kevin Jackson: Charges of tea party incidents are "completely bogus... used by the left to demonize the tea party."... I have experienced zero incidents...[in more than 20 tea party experiences].

You know, the tea party has the potential to become something very interesting. It probably won't. And, personally, I have a feeling that the members are all on some sort of collective mindfucking trip out. They are all so pissed! That can't be good for you.
But, lets say that native has something here. That there is a certain level of commonality to be found in the tea partiers' collective angst that crosses traditional racial lines? Don't take it to mean that I'm saying there is, because I don't. I'm just saying that would be some interesting shit if it did.

I don't think native's 3 examples are any evidence that it crosses traditional racial lines. I'd expect if you polled blacks... maybe 2%... and probably even less... would identify with teabaggers.

Blacks make up 6% of tea party participants, which translates to roughly 3 million voting Americans, probably 15% or so of the black electorate.
It's OK, skelly. I'll take my 3 million for now. The rest can join later. Everyone can't make varsity on the first try.

based upon the media's definition of the Tea Party's issues...maybe 2%... and probably even less... would identify with teabaggers.
Fixed.
And if the media accurately reported the Tea Party's issues...
...principally taxation without representation...
...have to wonder what that percentage might look like.

That would indeed be breaking news if it were true.
But Tea Party members have representation.

Not only do Tea Party sympathizers have no representation, but neither do the majority of all Americans.

Well said! Obama's well publicized smart-ass dismissal of tea party activities in a recent speech to demokrats just proves your point and validates Rasmussen's poll results.

So they are not US citizens? Well be better round them up and deport their asses, because I am tired of those lowlife foreigners making a mess on my courthouse lawn.

Your right, I hang out with people capable of thinking for themselves, people that know history, people that know how to succeed and take care of their own problems instead of blaming someone else and living in the past.
I like to hang out with black guys that dont need to bring up the fact they are black and want sympathy like the gangs pro athletes etc
Yeah yeah we GET IT, your GREAT GREAT Grandfathers had a bad deal, you on the other hand got a better deal than I have so shut your stupid fu*king mouth and hit the feeder bar and vote the Dem ticket its worked out so well for you for the last 50 years.

How is he a racist? Bringing up race does not make one a racists. Now, if the thread was entitled, "Colored Tea Partiers". "N*gg$# Tea Partiers", or something like that, then you have a base for that arguement.

Why would that make him a racist?
NAACP uses the word colored.................oh wait............you are right.
