Well, to answer your questions:

1)Ronnie used that spending to drive the big, bad USSR into history. Some of my Polish and Slovak neighbors are very thankful for Ronnie's actions. But since you hate Eastern Europeans and would rather think of them as slaves, I can see why you would not care.

2) A lot of Tea Party members were shouting to the roof for someone in Congress to stop the wasteful spending of Bush. The only problem was that the Democratic controlled Congress decided they too wanted to spend too much money. So now people are going to take it out on the incumbants...and it just so happens that a bunch of political hacks who spend like drunken sailors are going to be tossed out this election.

3) Since most Tea Party members are smarter than the average American, and earn more than your average American, you damn well better believe they wanted some of their tax money back in any form...stimulus check or not.
