After Justice's epic failure during bail hearings, the "Hutaree" case Judge orders all the "Hutaree" defendants freed pending trial.

Now, ask yourself...

...at least ONE of the charges had the possibility of a life sentence...

...yet after FBI's lead investigator Larsen's unprofessional and pathetic responses during sworn testimony...

...resulted in the Judge questioning their "threat" to society.

 Both. One of them isn't very good at it though.

Here's the plan boys: we ambush some cop's funeral; the rest of the country is just waiting for something like that so's they can start to revolution.

That't just being a dumb jackass...not a terrorism. If targeting cops equated to terrorism, then there's about a dozen or more street gangs that Jutice should add to their list.

Groups like these have proven that they can carry out domestic terrorist attacks, and therefore should be monitored and controlled as necessary. They're also all over the country, so unless you want a police state that's exactly what the response should be.

What really scares me is the breathtaking incompetence of today's Justice Department...

Holder strikes me as being clueless, beholden to his White House/Democratic party masters, and in way over his head - but the Justice Department had serious issues well before he came on the scene...

There are a bunch of highly irrational and heavily armed anti-government groups out there who have no regard for law enforcment and often are involved in illegal activities. And many of them are devoutly religious - go figure. :thumb:

And yes, Alphie, they also happen to include predominantly white people.
