How many carbon credits does Algore have to buy for this new pad?

Al Gore, Tipper Gore snap up Montecito-area villa

Former Vice President Al Gore and his wife, Tipper, have added a Montecito-area property to their real estate holdings, reports the Montecito Journal.

The couple spent $8,875,000 on an ocean-view villa on 1.5 acres with a swimming pool, spa and fountains, a real estate source familiar with the deal confirms. The Italian-style house has six fireplaces, five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

WTF? You would think he would have enough sense to build a new energy efficient house like GWB did.

F'ing hypocrite. :ohno: :ohno: :ohno: :ohno: :ohno: :ohno: :ohno:

Why would he actually start walking the talk now..?
He never really has and he never really will - Global Warming is his business - just like with the Bush Family business is oil and war (both very profitable as well)

It's old news... Politicians saying one thing and doing another

When a cabinet full of draft dodgers fabricate wars and drive oil profits it's just about the same business model as a Global Warming conferences and Green Marketing... Both have some actual value (Wars and Green life) but neither is applied to much personal scrutiny

Good times baby..!!! Cash in while you can... :notworthy:

If you could see the smile on my face you'd know..!!!
My cynicism is worn with a light heart and an eye to the sky - it's not the old fuddy duddy style of cynicism, but a new and improved version...

I figured it out!

Algore could probably hang a clothes line between a couple of those trees.

The shower is so big Algore and Tipper can shower together to save water.

Think of the energy he will save!!!

Interesting that so much of his income has come from his books, which are made of trees. He's hardly reducing his carbon footprint with this monstrosity. :ohno:
