WASHINGTON - Vice President Joe Biden's oldest son is expected to make a full recovery after suffering an apparent "mild stroke" Tuesday.

Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, 41, is in stable condition, according to Dr. Timothy Gardner, Medical Director of the Center for Heart and Vascular Surgery at Christiana Care Health System.

"He is in good spirits and talking with his family at the hospital," Gardner said. "He is fully alert, in stable condition and has full motor and speech skills. We expect him to make a complete recovery."

Joe almost died of an aneurysm 20 years ago. Maybe it's hereditary.

Coincidentally -- or not -- a report was just issued by the Widener Law School dean that bashed the Delaware AG's office for not getting an arrest warrant for the pedophile pediatrician as soon as it could have. Maybe 50 more kids were molested as a result.

Joe will blame Beau's stoke on the actions of a drunk driver.

And yes, Beau couldn't bother doing his job because he was probably too busy trying to figure out a way to rejoin the Senate race.

The report says that concerns about the Doctors conduct was raised as early as 1996, so before anyone goes and blames Biden of waiting on getting an arrest warrant lets look at the GOP Attorney General from 1995-2005 M. Jane Brady. It wasnt just the current AG's Office that failed those children.

Beau appears to be one of many who failed those kids.

Btw UNH, I'm no Beau Biden hater, but his office has botched an alarming number of cases of late, particularly murder cases.
