With the bulk of our nations refining capacity concentrated between Corpus Christi and Baton Rouge, it would make good sense to remove the limits in the Gulf. Those reserves could be put into production within a couple of years.

'Course, that would make sense.

Drill........off of every coast.....let the states make some money......stay out of ANWR, drill in our backyard.......the mere fact that we start drilling will lower the price of gas albeit temporarily......
