MISSOULA -Opening arguments in the federal wolf de-listing trial have resumed in Missoula following a recess which was called after an attorney for one of the environmental groups fainted in the courtroom this morning.
Paramedics were called to Judge Donald Molloy's courtroom and a recess was called so that the attorney could be tended to.
The hearing over whether or not the federal government erred in taking wolves off the Endangered Species List in Montana and Idaho began with environmental groups assailing the government's decision.
