In November, when President-elect O'BAMA is a reality, we will revisit this.

Hey Jon!!! You hear those footsteps! That's McCain running up behind Obama about to give him a big ol' swift kick in the ASS!!! Latest #'s show (as I predicted) Nevada and Colorado have "switched teams" so to speak....it's now 275/250, with Virgina a dead heat.
When Virgina swings back to Red (as it will) and Indiana goes it's Red destiny, that'll make it 274/263--McCain.
This thing is so far from over it's not even funny...and after the Saddleback forum this weekend, McCain just looks THAT MUCH better. Get used to it.....John McCain, President of the United States!!!

Numbers will go back and forth, especially with the Republican false smear team in full force. I would be ashamed to be associated with a party that can't honestly campaign, but relies on false attacks to scare voters.
And of course mcsame did better at Saddleback - he got the questions beforehand, and had no tough follow ups...

Put McCain in front of a couple thousand blue collar workers and he'll get his assed kicked. Christian whack jobs ate his shit up. He's a reborn christian, reborn about 6 months ago.

Depends on whether those "blue collar workers" are used to sucking off the teet with an entitlement mentality or not (in other words, union or not).

That doesn't matter. We're losing jobs left and right. We don't produce anything in America. We aint taking care of our infrastructure, we have no money, on and on ..... Primarily Bush's/republicans fault, and McCain will take the rap.
Republicans are pro big business and anti worker, union or not, and practically encouraged them to ship all their jobs overseas. Every other country on the planet subsidizes business and protects their markets, except us. This is one area where Tman is right - lucrative incentives for businesses that create jobs. It would be nice if republicans acted like republicans.

Are the blue collar workers the ones that are clinging to their guns and religion?

Sure, some. The ones I'm thinking of hunt with their guns and aint cuckoo for jesus puffs. Manufacturing laborers and skilled trades people, the type of people who would show up at a political event, without explosives.
The folks you're talking about are the stupid rural poor, the republican base. Motherfvckers who spend 90% of thier gubmant checks on cigarettes, firecrackers and lottery tickets. Add pentecostal southerners and you have the reason fvcks like Bush get elected. People who soley operate on base animal instinct. They're like dogs, easily amused.

Bitches, I ain't a fan of either guy, but, all the Democrats have to do is run three or four weeks of ads with pics of McCain and Bush hugging (of which there exists a plethora) and it will be all over for the octegenarian mort by the name of McSame.
You read it hear and you know I'm right, Z.
Oh, this one oughta do:
The Hug Of Death
Any questions? Refer them to my brilliant ass come November.

All this McCain = McBush is hogwash. McCain and Bush have been sniping for years. And that's not going to change no matter how much Obama thinks that just saying so will change it.
Obama has ZERO experience, and therefore has no clue on how to run our country. He will hasten our slide down from "superpower" status (if indeed we are still there). McCain will do more to keep us there.

It was lost when Reagan finished his criminal last term.

Reagan himself was no criminal, except in the area of being criminally stupid in terms of the people he surrounded himself with. He had the most corrupt administration since the 1800s, which is sad because he wasn't corrupt himself; he was just blind to what was going on around him. It all started with the geniuses in his 1980 campaign who conspired with the Iranians to hold those hostages until after the inauguration so blame would stick to Carter.
Reagan did essentially sit there with his thumb up his rear when his major crisis (Iran-Contra) happened, and a loyal Marine took the shaft for him. At least Carter TRIED something with his crisis (the bust-out attempt); admittedly, it failed, but at least he tried.
Then Clinton blew all that out the water with his inconceivable corruption....

That's just it, Jon. The numbers AREN'T going back and forth. They're only going ONE direction for Obmamanation---DOWN!!! Look at where they were just one month ago. The states that were supposedly "in play" have all fallen into line....it's really kind of comical in a way.
Don't be bitter, Jon. There's a professional donk smear team hard at work as well.

They are going back and forth, unless you are only looking at Limpballs polls.
Any Dem smear team are amateurs compared to what Rove and his evil minions throw out. There is nothing on the Dem side like the book of lies by Corsi, etc.

Come on, Jon. Don't be naive. The McBush, McSame smear campaigns started almost immediately after McCain became the apparent nominee. The "age" questions, the "health" questions, all planted subliminally....
Then there's Obama's arrogance at running ads that say: Barack Obama, President. Not "Elect Barack
Obama FOR President". Not "Barack Obama, Running for President". It's "Barack Obama - President". Complete with his own fake presidential seal. He's a douche of the highest order.

It's NOT different. That's my point. The hammer swings both ways....Jon is being naive to think that the Dems are all do-gooders, and the mean ol' Repub's are the only ones playing dirty.

Anyone that thinks one party is clean and superior is naive. Both have thier faults. But you need to find the balance between both parties.
