This guy is absofuckinglutely CLUELESS. He's so stupid, he doesn't even know how to read the crowd he's talking to. They obviously SUPPORT the guy who asked the question, and yet he (Stark) just does NOT get it. This excerpt is regarding securing the border, and instead of actually acting like a statesman he insults the questioner, accuses him of murder, insists that the "border is secure" and is condescending and arrogant.

If this fucker gets reelected in November, California deserves whatever it gets:

Obviously he hasn't spoken with someone from El Paso TX in the past few days...
Several gunshots apparently fired from Juárez hit El Paso City Hall on Tuesday afternoon.

No one was hurt, but nerves were rattled at City Hall in what is thought to be the first cross-border gunfire during a drug war that has engulfed Juárez since 2008.

El Paso police spokesman Darrel Petry said investigators do not think City Hall was intentionally targeted but rather was struck by stray shots.

"It does appear the rounds may have come from an incident in Juárez," Petry said.

City Hall, whose east and west sides are covered by glass windows, sits on a hill about a half-mile north of the Rio Grande.

About 4:50 p.m., city workers were going about a regular day when a bullet penetrated a ninth-floor west side window of

Police said the bullet flew through the window, then through an interior wall before hitting a picture frame and stopping.

And while he's quick to condemn the Minuteman asking the questions as a murderer, is there a single documented case of a Minuteman actually committing murder while guarding the border?

The guy is near 80 but any future replacement, based on the make-up of the district, would probably have the same lack of intelligence.

This Dumbocrat council member in Milwaukee is even dumber.

In a debate over a possible Milwaukee boycott on Arizona, County Supervisor Peggy West spoke out in support of the bill. Her comments, however, were based on the idea that Arizona simply does not share a border with Mexico. As video of the meeting shows, Peggy West stated, “If this was Texas, which is a state that is directly on the border with Mexico, and they were calling for a measure like this saying that they had a major issue with undocumented people flooding their borders, I would have to look twice at this. But this is a state that is a ways removed from the border,”

Really...
because I think this level of idiocy is fairly common

I'm guessing you mean because he holds an elected position (right..?)
Because if you're talking about being surprised by somebody being this stupid all you need to know is this

America scores the lowest in IQ tests among developed nations in the world, a huge percentage of Americans do not know that the Earth revolves around the sun
1) over 40% of Americans cannot name a single branch of Government
2) Almost 70% of Americans cannot explain what the Bill of Rights is
3) 24% of Americans can't name the country we fought in the Revolutionary War
4) 65% of Americans can't explain what the FDA does
5) 55% of Americans do no know that States have 2 senators

And that's just our political system
We score lower in Science
and even lower in Math
and so low in Geography that it's actually too painful to even repeat

 Yes... We're STUPID
