Troop levels in Iraq after 16 months

Anybody know if the Obama 16 month plan to withdraw from Iraq is on schedule?
or is it a little slower than expected by slobama.

Senator Barack Obama said Tuesday that he remained determined to end the war in Iraq on a 16-month schedule, shrugging off sharp criticism of any timetable from his rival, Senator John McCain.

Based on the footage we've all been looking at where "the enemy" drives a Dodge Minivan and has children in the car as they drag dead camera men off the sidewalk... We're probably okay to pull out of Iraq anytime now
I think we've successfully pounded them back into the dark ages
