Jesse Jackson...

Jesse has been relatively quiet lately...it was only a matter of time.
Jackson said Gilbert's comments were "mean, arrogant and presumptuous."
"He speaks as an owner of LeBron and not the owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers," the reverend said in a release from his Chicago-based civil rights group, the Rainbow PUSH Coalition. "His feelings of betrayal personify a slave master mentality. He sees LeBron as a runaway slave.

The good thing is that some folks can see through Jesse's smoke screen.
Jesse has a constituency, a passionate group of idiots who believe the best way to combat white-wing political bigots such as Limbaugh and Hannity is with black-wing political bigotry.
And so, in defense of LeBron’s narcissistic ego explosion and Gilbert’s emotional reaction to it, Jesse compared Gilbert to an 18th-century slave owner.

Idiots...a good description of everyone involved.

I agree, everyone mentioned in that article is an idiot: Lebron, Gilbert, Jackson, Hannity and Limbaugh.

The owner of the Cavs needs to respond in another letter telling Jesse Jackass that he is coming across like an uneducated black man. You see slavery hasnt been allowed in this country for a VERY long time, as a matter of fact there isnt anyone alive today that had to deal with it so he needs to shut his stupid cockholster and apologize to the USA and especially the white portion of it, for his very bigoted comments.
Jesse Jackass needs to be held to the same jackbooted thug standards he is throwing out there.

And now some bozo's claiming that he's Lebron's real dad and sueing him for $4M (?!?!?) (and even though, if true, he's basically confessing to statutory rape, and would also owe child support):
As if LeBron James hadn't brought enough drama into his own life. While the NBA superstar was building nationwide suspense over which city he'd sign with, a D.C. lawyer quietly filed a $4 million suit claiming he was the player's father -- and that James and his mother conspired to cover it up.
"This suit is really about whether he's my son and I'm his father," Leicester Bryce Stovell, 55, told us Friday. "This is not one of those popping out of woodwork to exploit a celebrity's fame and fortune."
Stovell's suit, which challenges James's oft-told story of abandonment by an ex-con dad, is a bit of a mindbender. The Princeton grad claims he had a one-night stand with Gloria James in 1984 -- according to his story, he met the 15-year-old (he thought she was in her 20s) at the nightclub D.C. Space when she was visiting from Akron. In his 23-page lawsuit filed in federal court, Stovell claims the young woman sought him out a few months later, saying she was pregnant and planned to name her son LeBron. Stovell says he never heard from her again. (LeBron James was born in Ohio the following December.)...

LeBron, I am your faaaaaaather. I met your mother in space...she was 15. The Force made me rape her. You have my power...and have used it well. Now you must pay me $4 million. Search your feelings...you know this is true.

Jesse isn't exactly Greenville SC's finest export.....
For someone who likely would characterize himself as a uniter, he's as divisive as anyone I've seen - the color negative of David Duke.

I've always been a big fan of Jesse.
I can remember back when he ran for the Dem nomination for Prez. He was asked if he was elected President how much he planned to spend on defense.
He replied that it depended on how big de yard was.

I remember when they asked him what he thought about Beirut... he said he was the best white baseball player ever.
