Chinese oil spill

Surprised no one posted this yet...
Seems the Chinese are outworking us again...instead of pusyfooting around, they are using their bare hands and straw to absorb their oil spill. Heck, they are even swimming in the stuff!

"Zhong Yu, a Greenpeace campaigner observing the clean-up efforts, however said many of the mobilised civilians and firefighters had no equipment or protective gear.
"The citizens-turned-cleaners we saw yesterday in the sea basically did not have any protective gear and could only use their hands to clean up the oil," she told AFP by phone."

"The Dalian government said the last remnants of the fire had finally been put out and it declared a "decisive victory" against the spill, but did not explicitly say whether it had been completely halted.
Two pipelines exploded at an oil storage depot belonging to China National Petroleum Corp near Dalian's Xingang Harbour in Liaoning province, triggering a spectacular blaze that burned throughout the weekend. No deaths or injuries have been reported."
No word on whether Ralph is complaining yet about the greediness of nationalized big oil companies.
