Exhibit A for why I Despise our Legal System

Arizona passes SB 1070 targeting illegal immigration, scheduled to go into effect 90 days after the close of the state session (or 7/29).
Federal Government finally gets around to suing AZ on 7/6.
US District court apparently drops just about everything and issues a ruling 22 days later (7/28) setting aside the controversial portions of the bill (one day before it's scheduled to go into effect).
Governor Brewer files in the 9th Circus Court on 7/29 requesting an "expedited hearing", moving the date of the hearing from November to September 13th. And, surprise surprise, the 9th Fucking Circus says "no". Oh, we can stop the fucking WORLD to hear the GOVERNMENT'S case before the law goes into effect, but here's a big hearty "Fuck You" to the state of Arizona from the biggest joke of a court in all the land. It wasn't like she was asking for the hearing next WEEK. She was still giving them 45 days...TWICE the length of time it took the US District Court to make THEIR ruling.
Our legal system is morally bankrupt. As is our government.
I get more concerned about the long term health of this country every day. We're fucked, people.
