While I agree Judge Walker's ruling shows outrageous disrespect for the Constitution, i would also argue the fact that any government is in the "marriage" business (vs civil union business) shows an outrageous disrespect for the Constitution with regard to separation of church & state....& also agree that Newt Gingrich, with his adultery & 3 marriages, is outrageously disrespectful to the concept of "marriage"......

I really dont care either way but I do find it kind of funny that the gay community is outraged about infidelity (Gingrich)

Not nearly as funny as Gingrich's moral outrage over the defiling of current man/woman marriage......as he cheats on his cancer-ridden wife & asks for a divorce from her while she lays in the hospital. We should be thankful someone of his character is there to protect the sanctity of the institution of marraiage he so greatly respects....
