Expect Emanuel White House Departure Soon

His dream job just had a big opening as Chicago Mayor Richard Daley announced today he wont be running for re-election in the February election.
If Emanuel wants to be Mayor of Chicago as he has said he does, there will be no better time to run than now.

He KNOWS Obama is toast in 2012 and wants to secure employment NOW.

Is the mayor of chicago an elected position or do they just give it to someone with the Daley as a last name?
