She approached him in an aggressive manner to "present him with the Employee of the Month Award from Republicorp" - a MoveOn construct. This is a similar move to protestors assaulting candidates; throwing pies, eggs, feces, or animal blood at them; or worse. She got taken down by his supporters.

That nice man was simply holding the thug down with his foot until the authorities arrived.

Aggressive? Where'd you get that from? All I've read is that she was trying to "confront" Paul or "Attempted to approach" him. Huh, never thought approaching a candidate was a bad thing, considering she wasn't attempting to throw anything at him. Thanks for the clarification.

WTF do people expect if they are wearing disguises (she was wearing a wig) and intentionally going in to a situation to start a confrontation?

She was released from the hospital yesterday with a concussion and sprained shoulder. There's no way she could have suspected this being from Republicorp. I can't believe the Ayn Rand supporters would attack one of their own.
