A Cambridge Young Life leader is scheduled to appear in court Friday on allegations he sexually assaulted a juvenile.

Police say 54-year-old Mark Holm was arrested Wednesday and is in custody on suspicion of sexual assault. Holm is the director of Minnesota's East Central Chapter of Young Life, an international Christian ministry group aimed at teenagers.

Holm is accused of assaulting a young person who attended Young Life. Police have not said whether they believe other people may have been victimized.

Holm has not been charged, though Isanti County officials say that's expected to happen prior to Friday's court appearance.

The case remains under investigation.

No deflection at all. This is a direct answer to your wild, unsubstantiated claim atheists aren't sexual predators. Truth is you have NOTHING to base that on. Unfortunatly, there are sexual predators across every group of people.

Any one of the three I posted could be atheists. The articles don't give their religious beliefs. Honest question, are there many atheist youth groups around?

I think there are whackos in every form of belief and non-belief, but I don't see where the articles say those guys were atheists. Perhaps that is your point and I have to look elsewhere, but frankly, I am too busy.

The only time they give the predators religious beliefs are when it happens in a religious group. I'm not saying they shouldn't make a point of saying that, of course they should. But we see stories about predators from any kind of youth group or school all the time, I'm guessing that 2% of the time they are atheists (or whatever the percentage of atheists currently is).
