Democrats lost both US House seats, now the only two GOP held seats in New England.

The State Senate went from 14-10 Democrats to 21-3 Republicans.

The Executive Council went from 3-2 Democrats to 5-0 Republicans.

The House of Representatives was 223-176 Democrats... No final tally is available yet... but the Republicans may have won 300 of the 400 House seats.

The Democratic Governor John Lynch managed to win, he became the first New Hampshire Governor to win four consecutive terms.

Now that Republicans have a veto overriding majority in both chambers, expect them to pass a repeal of the Same Sex Marriage law very early in 2011

I suppose a small bright spot for Democratic State Senators.

Since theres only three of them, they can all have a spot in the leadership... of course they wont have anyone to lead.
