I don't think Fox has the same employment conditions that MSNBC has - MSNBC was very clear that certain classes of employees couldn't donate money to political campaigns. Fox, on the other hand, actually had their parent organization donate heavily to Republicans. For perspective, this may be extreme but a friend of mine who is in the media won't even vote in primaries (although he is in to politics) because he is concerned that someone may find out which primary he voted in and say he has a bias that way.

Yes and no. You are donating to political campaigns, but the money is supposed to be divided among the candidates.
