Dude in SF is out to ban circumcision within city limits. I see religious lawsuits galore coming on this, not to mention the AMA coming out against it, too.

rather doubt he's out to ban ALL circs, as once you're over 18 you can do whatever you want with your foreskin.
my guess he is trying to get the practice of infant circs discontinued.
