Great find, Hippie. Soooo true..."...is this a nightmare..." :ohno:

Been watching the "worthy" heads take on The Ben Bernanke over his proposed "quantitative easing"...

...good to see both sides of the aisle shoot this down. Profits are soaring during a recession and the Fed proposes devaluing our currency?????

"...you must be shitting me!"

Sidebar...Ian Bremmer was on Charlie Rose this evening...his new book, "The End of the Free Markets: Who Wins the war between States and Corporations" is my next read. Has some interesting perspectives about the G20 and China's attempt to control our monetary policy. Agree with him on 99%, though he seems to deemphasize solutions.

Good time to push this topic.

I think you're absolutely right, clenzy. However, since the days of Reagan, Conks have been trumpeting this "rich people create jobs" bullsh*t, using it as their legitimization of tax cuts for those clowns. It hasn't worked, ever, and if it has, it's been a wholly temporary thing. Obama's been around for two years. In my mind, that's too early to call him on any jobs stuff. He inherited the biggest mess since Roosevelt inheriting the Conk-born Great Depression in '33.

"The only thing deflating is the Fed's credibility."

Send the Ben Bernanke back to the Goldman Sachs!
