What a douche. I'm as conservative as they come, but our legal system was founded on a rehabilitational concept. Outside of murder and sexual misconduct, once you've done your time, you've done your time. As the article says, this was just a backhanded slap at the President, who once again is seen to have stuck his nose where it doesn't belong. In THIS case, however, the President's doings is incidental at best to the over-the-top nature of the attacker.

I was watching when he said this. It was definitely a "did he just say that?" moments. Mr. Tucker is a very annoying individual

Too bad. The controversy will probably generate the best ratings Tucker Carlson has ever had.

He was right about one thing, though: Obama should probably have stayed out of this one.

Tucker Carlson is reasonable compared with 95% of the conk pundits currently out there.

Carlson is a clown, and he is the one who should have stayed out of this. All he is doing is potentially helping Obama.

The Obama - Vick issue was a non-story. Who cares what Obama thinks of the Eagles and Michael Vick? Nobody. But there are a lot of people who care if a white jackass suggests that a black man should be executed.

My guess is that this whole thing will blow over, but Carlsons actions certainly did not hurt Obama and they might even help.

However, in my opinion, the comment was atypical, and on balance, Tucker Carlson is not a clown.

The ratings comment was in response to your estimate that Carlson had two viewers.
