I was off the board for a month and as far as I can tell absolutely nothing happened
The exact same arguments

1) Taxes
2) Stupid Liberals vs. Retarded Conks
3) Abortion
4) War
5) Islam vs. Christianity
6) The French are all a bunch of fags

That about sums it up

Col's right though. We haven't done the French fags in a while. Let's give that thing one more squeeze and then we'll get busy writing the new act.

Houndawg & MJ will do it and if the overload on one side is too much I'll jump to the other in a pinch.

Give me the French, too. They are the best at hammering the deluded notion of Glenn Beck-Sean Hannity's utopian "American Exceptionalism".

We are just another country.

I wish you understood that I'm pointing out that unions are just another excuse that our managers trot out to deflect our attention away from their piss poor performance. Nobody is interested in organizing at Japanese-run auto plants.

Unions are a result of bad management. Period.

Cultural differences...not necessarily management differences.

Unions are just a way for the lower workers to act as selfishly as the upper management. Demand more, work less. Both attitudes come from a sense of entitlement.

90% of the workforce isn't unionized yet management assures us that they are 100% of the problem. If the small fraction of our labor force that is unionized disappeared tomorrow nothing would change.

I'm in management, and I don't think unions are 100% of the problem. We don't have a union.

However, why would we ever want another problem? A union would increase costs dramatically, slow reaction time - a critical component of what we do, and add a whole host of barriers that would prevent us form doing what we do best.

If our work force decides to go union, the owner would simply shut us down. Say goodbye to 1,000 of jobs...for what...giving a bunch of union clown organizers somewhere in New York a cut of the work force's salaries?

Do your job right and nobody will want a union.

the Japanese auto industry in Japan IS FULLY unionized... it's only their US plants that aren't fully unionized (even some of them are... my Toyota was assembled in California at a union plant)

It has been an interesting week.

Chris Matthews brought up that he was puzzled that Obama has spent 2 million fighting different court battles on showing his birth papers. He said just release it and put it to bed.

Then B.O’s hippy pal Abercrombie and new Gov. of Hawaii said he would find it and release it to help his friend. Then he announces that he looked and it’s not there.

Now 5 Dem state senators said they will look…..stay tuned. (Excerpt) Read more at hosted.ap.org ...

5 States have pending legislation to have any politician running for pres has to show the paperwork that the constitution calls for or not be on the ballot….stay tuned

Obama meets with and chooses sides with the Muslim brotherhood over the dictators in the Middle East and if all goes well for him Israel will be more isolated.

20 million more watched Bush’s State of Union speech at the same time in his tenure as Pres.
Shows how far B.O has fallen in popularity in the country. Link: Bush Beats Obama in Speech Viewership

In the State of the Union B.O. called for more wasteful spending and the next day it was announced that 2011 deficit would be 1.5 Trillion

See there, Cluck? Union workers make good stuff when you take American managers out of the equation. I think my cash-for-clunker Tacoma was assembled in Fremont, CA, too. NIce truck, runs like a top. :thumb:

Haters gotta hate.

Give it up Bronco, you're like those Japanese soldiers that kept turning up on Pacific islands forty years after WW2. :ohno:

Hell, Sharia law isn't that bad, they have a death penalty just like us. Honks would come up with something very similar for everybody who isn't white.
