(2) The legislature finds:
(a) global warming is beneficial to the welfare and business climate of Montana;
(b) reasonable amounts of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere have no verifiable impacts on the environment; and
(c) global warming is a natural occurrence and human activity has not accelerated it.

They actually could be right on point a - places like Canada and near that latitude could make out in a warmer world. Point b is just a nothing statement as there's wiggle room there galore to mean whatever you want it to mean. Point c is right and wrong - global warming does happen naturally, but we're certainly impacting it to some extent.
The big question I have is why the Montana legislature is even wasting the time of day to discuss this - we aren't going to be instituting any carbon tax as a nation anytime soon so why even discuss it?

Sounds like a reasonable assessment.

This is the same legislature that's trying to adopt a Cowboy Code as our official Code....

Poor Al Gore... he had a 50/50 chance to maybe get it right and he picked Global warming.
I wish it was warming...easier to grow crops.
I remember another Dem renowned scientist Ted Danson stating in 1988 that the oceans would be dead in ten years and the human race would be gone because of it.
You guys seem to fall for frauds like Al, Ted, and Obama...suckers.
