We've all been talking about the Middle East, as though we are experts.

In the meantime, the people, the REAL people, on the ground are risking their lives leading a revolution for their freedom.

When faced with death and the opportunity for freedom, what name do they utter in order to ask for help? Let's ask Nasr Ali...one of the Middle East's newest heroes:

"Bring Bush!"

"Make a no fly zone, bomb the planes," shouted soldier-turned-rebel Nasr Ali, referring to a no-fly zone imposed on Iraq in 1991 by then U.S. President George Bush.

Notice that Mr. Ali didn't say, "Bring me the bush of 70 virgins." Nope, Nasr was referring to our President Bush.

The people of the Middle East have spoken.

Eh, the Kosovo Albanians were generally happy with the NATO-led (and Clinton-led) bombing in that country that resulted in the Serbs and Yugoslavia ceasing their decimation of the Albanian populace, and yet 10 years later we have a radical Kosovar Albanian attacking a bus of servicemen. No matter how many might clamor for US aid and military support, there will always be a significant portion who resent us as well. Damned if we do, damned if we don't.

GannonFan, you are not allowed back into my sand box. :ohno:

I'll have a UN mandate drawn up that prevents you from spoiling my fun. Nasr Ali, the visionary himself, will guard the door. :tothehand:

Well, if that's the case, I say we should do what it takes out as many of them as we can. I'd rather be damned by fewer people. :wtf:
