I'd be looking for a lawyer...that is so B.S....
If the officer thought it was stolen, he should have arrested the man (probable cause)...
And to now tell him we're busy...I'll get it for you Friday is more B.S....the police never should have taken it, and it should be returned immediately...
Who do they think they are...the IRS???????
