Cap'n Cat and the Governor of Wisconsin.....

No, I didn't blow him when he was an undergrad at UNI.
Being really honest here when I say that I hope he wins this battle with the Dems. When it's over, he and the Conkunist party will be exposed for the fvcks they are. I'm no union guy, but the dude has stepped in a monumental bear trap and the resultant firestorm will sink Conk efforts for years.
Mark my words, dicks.
Love,
Cap'n Cat

My guess is that what he did will hurt him politically but it was the right thing to do.

You know, St. Wronge, I don't disagree with you about the "right thing to do" business. What I admire is that he forced the issue, when, for decades, politicians of all stripes danced around it, afraid to poke the beast. Just think it will eventually blow up in Conks faces.

Maybe it will but as you and others have said I'm glad he did what he said he was gonna do. It's part of what he was voted in to do. If it does blow up on him then it says exactly what it needs to say about the populace. WE don't have the guts to get what we ask for and WE can just shut the fuck up about elected leaders not doing what we vote them in to do.
Conservatives may pay for this dearly, but if they do it's on the voters.

So he said he was going to cut 100's of millions in corporate taxes and then scapegoat the unions under the pretense of balancing the budget?
Just askin.

Was this your stance on Obama and health care reform? The debate on health care was a major issue in the 2008 elections.
4th most important issue according to Gallup:
Americans overwhelmingly supported Obama's plan over McCain's:
Just found it interesting that I've never heard you say the same things about Obama.

Yes.
We already know the corporate tax round and round so we don't need to go around that bush any more.

I don't agree with it but that doesn't mean that I disagree that he was voted in on that platform.
You seem to be in the exact position you accuse me of however?

The people saying that this will hurt the GOP are forgetting that it will be a year and a half from now when the election takes place and everyone will have forgot about it by then.
