A massive 8.9-magnitude quake hit northeast Japan on Friday, causing dozens of deaths, more than 80 fires, and a 10-meter (33-ft) tsunami along parts of the country's coastline. Homes were swept away and damage is extensive.

This increased mass of the oceans, coupled with the weakening of the earths crust due to extraction of oil, gas and minerals by multi-national corporations in turn causes increased stress on sub-oceanic fault lines causing underwater earth quakes and tsunamis which are there for the helpless victims of the privileged life styles of middle aged, white capitalistic pigs.

"fears are high" and yet if they reported the FACTS fear wouldn't be high. the risks are decreasing as time passes - the explosion didn't damage the reactors... and yet you have to get several graphs in to any American story before you get that point. NHK on the other hand is reporting much more accurately.
