The usual hand-wringing and whimpering, with the novel twist of NOT mentioning the birth certificate.

"Hand-wringing?" I think not.

Obama is incompetent. This is not news. In the long run, we will hopefully not hitch our star to his wagon.

I didn't realize Buchanan was a birther.

That being said, there are lots of competent people who have at least come out and said that Obama could just produce a BC and be done with it. Maybe the Obama birth certificate is sort of like when GWB used to say "nuclar".

An intentional act that drives the other side crazy.

There's a reason the whole world reveled in the idea of America electing Barack Obama. They knew that he didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground when it came to foreign affairs. :ohno: :ohno: :ohno: :ohno: :ohno: :ohno:

America has officially gone from World Leader to irrelevant in 24 months. :coffee: :coffee: :coffee:

At the same time, it's a pretty quick search to find vids of all the Dems post 9/11 hitching their collective wagons to the WMD story. It was a screw up to be sure, but GWB didn't completely go it alone on that decision.

Let's not re-write history...
Nobody was for the war (nobody) until the Bush Cheney machine kicked it into high gear
You were a future ex-congressperson if you disagreed

Holding your ground was political suicide after the 2 year relentless barrage of bullsh!t fabricated by the administration

PERIOD..!!!

As it turned out the UN was right about everything - and even the CIA admitted that (ultimately) they admitted they knew the UN was right... which is why the Administration switched from Uranium / to dirty bombs / to Freedom fighters

Greeted as liberators and all that nonsense
The war will cost no more than $60 Billion Bush said (now it's 50 billion a month going on a decade)

So lets leave the apologist bullsh!t to Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck and spare the rest of us

:coffee:

I'm loving the diversions, pointing at how the Bush wars were somehow worse when we're not arguing magnitude but JUSTIFICATION... try to stay focused.....

Houndawg, you aren't defending Obama when you evoke Bush. The left shot themselves in the foot by putting Bush on the pillory for Iraq for nothing more than political gain, and now there is no credibility... none. No wiggle room at all. All you do is expose yourself as a liberal flack who would support a liberal candidate regardless of credentials, integrity or ability.

How about defend Obama's actions this week through the lens of his campaign? Can you do it? I am looking for some new paradigm of creativity here. So far it has been above you and the rest.

Only Cleets has had any intellectual integrity here.

When did I defend Obama's actions? :?

I'm not in favor of yet another unnecessary war. Here's what I'm in favor of CID:

Bring home all of the troops NOW and close half of our 700+ military bases outside of US territory.

Doesn't change the fact that your boy George is the reason the wealth of this nation is being pissed down a rat hole.
Obama not having the guts to do the right thing is a different issue.

That would be a pretty sheep-like reaction from the supposedly free thinking left. I'm hardly a Bush apologist, I'm just saying even pre 9/11 Clinton was talking Iraqi WMD's - say what you like about the Democratic windsocks post 9/11, but there was a precedent before cowboy George entered the White House.

You will find that I have always been vocal about decreasing our military footprint in the world. That isn't news.

What IS news is that GWB was somehow "my boy". Never voted for him. Nor did I vote for Gore or Kerry.

I simply enjoy the in your face hypocrisy of 99% of the liberals on this board when it comes to the things they were against Bush for. I mean, if you take away extra-congressional (even thought it wasn't, really) military action, there isn't a whole lot left is there? Maybe his big spending ways, I guess.

Well, I never really saw face to face with him either. But Obama's rising irrelevance has more than picked in the last two plus years. He spent his load when he was elected, its been down hill every sense. Many essay writing services are written articles and blogs about good and bad side of Obama's administration. I hope you are recovering and will be well soon. 0bama is the biggest zero we've ever had for president and almost everyone knows it.
