Seriously though, the difference between donk and conk:

With California rain totals hitting 165% statewide...

...and snowpack just as high...

...the donks are bitching about stormwater runoff pollution...

...hesitant to "declare" California's "never ending" politically beneficial drought "over", as residents then escape exhorbitant water consumption surcharges (taxes)...

...and the conks are pissed that all the dams built over the past three decades are small-scale, "flood protection only" dams, specifically designed so they CANNOT BE USED TO STORE WATER FOR "BENEFICIAL PURPOSES"...

...instead, Californians get to watch all the excess drain out into the ocean rather than be used to generate CLEAN hydroelectric energy and eventually irrigate crop production, with benefits to all including the State Government, still facing a $25 Billion shortfall this year.

...right after signing a supplier agreement with ConAgra to provide them with lemons for their new "Lemon Healthy" food line.

The donk creates a new non-profit, "Leave Our Animal, Dope And Citrus Reverence Alone Please" (L-O-A-D-A-C-R-A-P), to protest the corporate exploitation of citrus fruit...

...appoints themselves CEO of the non-profit. Partners with the Natural Resources Defense Council to sue the Citrus Growers Association for destruction of insect habitat (for a 40% settlement "finders" fee)...

...then reinvests the $17m receipt into a new Cape Cod "learning center" for the non-profit...(doubling as a home).
