obama ‘too tired’ to give proper welcome to Gordon Brown
April 9, 2011
Sources close to the White House say Mr Obama and his staff have been “overwhelmed” by the economic meltdown and have voiced concerns that the new president is not getting enough rest.
British officials, meanwhile, admit that the White House and US State Department staff were utterly bemused by complaints that the Prime Minister should have been granted full-blown press conference and a formal dinner, as has been customary. They concede that Obama aides seemed unfamiliar with the expectations that surround a major visit by a British prime minister.
Allies of Mr Obama say his weary appearance in the Oval Office with Mr Brown illustrates the strain he is now under, and the president’s surprise at the sheer volume of business that crosses his desk.
read the comments for the truth about this man. He is the worst and most destructive president this country has ever had and it has only taken 2 yrs for him to accomplish this. Pray he is defeated for the sake of all us, even those too blind to see beyond the propaganda of the major news outlets.

Not even close.
I'm not saying I'm a huge fan but saying he is the worst president is just dumb.

Wow...
How about that Gordon Brown is Prime Minister again - amazing...
You'd think somebody would tell David Cameron he's not prime minister anymore - he keeps parading around acting like he's the current Prime Minister

Obama is in a state of mental collapse, as measured by his utter inability to frame any policy issue since November 2010. He won't take any initiative in the budget battle. He doesn't say what his priorities are, except to bash Republicans and hope he can four-corners-offense his way to a second term. I challenge Jellybelly, Jizzalltheway, klam, poundpup, or any of the usual suspects to identify a single policy achievement -- if you can call it that-- since the last election. Even better, name one new idea the bozo-in-chief has had. Limp-noodled empty suit.

Yeah. I wait in trepidation for his charts and graphs.
DADT? If that's his signature accomplishment for his lame-duck half-term, it's pretty weak. Must be hell to drop 61 seats on your watch.

Keep crankin' out your graphs, Jocko. Like the Rt.Hon. Hussein Obama will coast to victory on the wings of DADT and an unconstitutional health plan.

It's not a health plan...it's a tax plan...
at least that's how his DOJ is defending it in court...

Well, don't know about all that. I've been pretty quiet about him. Just watching. Just watching and wondering if those who thought he was the prophet coming to save the planet are at least beginning to see that he's not "all that."
Not that it matters. Even if he was really as bright and competent as his worshippers thought he was he'd be bright and competent in leading the country in the wrong direction.
