Except for the fact that you libs would have us believe that all Catholics (especially but not including priests) are paederasts. That doesn't apply here because the 6-year-old was a girl. Not to mention that the TSA agent was a woman. There's no such thing a female priest in the RC, at least not right now. (Yes, there's the myth of Pope Joan, but that hasn't been proven.)

When I was six years old I would have felt very uncomfortable if a stranger had touched me like that. Now, I pay strangers to touch me like that.

watching the video - the parents were right there, the agent did nothing wrong, nor inappropriate... a lot of fuss over not very much.

Hell, less than 40 years ago, you could have them serve you a bourbon and water, smoke a pack of cigarettes on the bird, pull out your fake bomb, have the pilots order you money and parachutes at the next stop, take off again, then hop out the rear hatch all in a night's work.

I think the lack of common sense used by the TSA worker is really sad. No way I pat down a 6 year old unless I have reason to suspect something is wrong.

according to TSA, there WAS something wrong on her full body scan. that's why they went to the pat down.

Molest? What an overdramatized thread title. It's stupid that TSA had to pat down a 6 year-old, but child molestation is a serious thing and the video clearly doesn't show anything of the sort.

edit: and not tryin' to go all racial on you, but if that was a 6 year-old Muslim girl being pat down who is with her mom that's dressed in a hijab/burka, would that have been ok? Would you still be calling it a molestation?

I don't care what a kid's ethnic background is. Molestation is molestation, and it's still wrong.

Of course it's wrong, but I'm still trying to understand how the heck you believe the TSA agent was molesting the girl. That lady was doing a standard pat down and suddenly people are calling her a child molestor. Has our society become so divided and clouded with hate that we're accusing people who are OBVIOUSLY innocent with extremely heinous crimes?

Typical government redundancy. Say you are leaving Seattle to fly to Europe with a layover in England. You go through super security in Seattle, board your plane, fly to Heathrow, get put on a secure bus with 4 or 5 guards and bussed to another terminal, then get to stand in line again to go through another security check....then when you fly out you go through security again. They take anything you might be able to use as a weapon and yet right after the security checkpoint you can buy a 9 inch letter opener. So my fucking cigar cutter and my finger nail clippers are a security risk buy the fucking 9 inch pointed stabbing weapon is all good.
