Bank of America is simply taking advantage of the Corporate tax codes they helped write...
Gee I don't see why everybody is so upset
-Halliburton and Exxon Mobil insiders helped write our Environmental Policy in 2001
-Insurance companies and pharmaceutical giants wrote the new healthcare bill
-Giant Corporations write our tax laws...

There are no tax cheats, only clever businessmen who are keeping what they produced...what's rightfully theirs.

BTW:
It is nice to write the tax codes that allow you to keep whatever you want
