Anybody notice that, outside of George Washington, the three most capable, positively influential & effective presidents' hail from the great state of Illinois....Lincoln, Grant & Obama....what'd SC ever give this country? Calhoun & Faulkner? All bow before the glory that is Illinois and her native son, Honest Abe...

Genl Washington never looked better or was more appropriately pictured since our cause was but a second stanza of his. That most ancient of American Rights.....Self Government.

Grant had the most corrupt regime in history and barry sortero will be but a footnote in history and that only because of his skin tone.

I'd stick with Lincoln and ditch the other two. Grant was a great general who understood what it took to win and would not deter, but as president, not so much. Obama is a great campaigner, but again as a president, not so much.

The country would have been better off, without as many problems, had Lincoln lived to finish his second term.

BTW - None of these gentlemen were born in IL....

He was a tyrant. If a US President did the kinds of things he did nowadays...regardless of the circumstances..."progressives" would be horrified.
