As long as that tradition involves bringing that body here, I'm cool with it. Hunters need trophies. You don't bury the fucking deer before sundown.

Bin Laden died as a coward using a woman as a shield.

A unionized public employee, a teabagger, and a CEO are sitting at a table. There is a plate with a dozen cookies in the middle of the table. The CEO takes 11 cookies, turns to the teabagger and says, "Look out for that union guy--he wants a piece of your cookie."

Well, either he, his son, or one of the two couriers.

I think we should wait for details before proclaiming any facts.

Sorry UNHWild, just trying to get down my Fox News impression perfectly for Halloween. I fully expect something like this in their story tomorrow:
"Bin Laden was not a Muslim," Obama said. However, US officials said that his body will be handled in accordance with Islamic tradition.

Next to positive it was Delta. As soon as they confirmed i was a boots on the ground op I figured that's who it was.

Also the same day as probably the last world wide celebrated announcement of a death. May 1, 1945 It was announced Hitler was dead.

Considering this lead came to the White House in August, eight plus months ago, you have to commend Obama's national security team for not leaking any ounce of info.

Really? He evaded capture for a decade and orchestrated the largest attack ever on our soil.

the analysis, the point scoring, the comments... push it all aside for one damn day and just celebrate. sometimes and some things are too big to be contained by petty nonsense and point scoring. this, is one of those moments. a victory for everybody.

Says the guy who bought a pair of Cheney's soiled boxer briefs on eBay and has em hanging on the fireplace mantel.

Baldy, sorry dude, Obama deserves a lot of credit. Did what the violent republicans couldn't.

Of course he does. Why else would he be defending Osama? No one likes him. I hope Chris bans his ass.

If this mission had gone wrong, and Americans were killed or held hostage, guaranteed the GOP/Republicans would have blamed Obama and put all the blame on him 100%.

So since it was a successful mission, Obama at least deserves some credit.
