One thing that would make it more scintillating would be to have Jellybelly as moderator.Skjellyfetti wrote:Should be riveting viewing. Tim Pawlenty, Ron Paul , Rick Santorum, Gary Johnson, and Herman Cain.

You ain't seen nothin yet. Just wait until the debate includes Sarah Palin and Donald Trump.∞∞∞ wrote:That was the worst debate in the history of forever. Debate my ass...this was just a glorified interview. I mean what kinda debate asks, "What type of reality TV show would you have?" Seriously?![]()
I voted R in the last election, but if this is the garbage they're gonna come up with, why should I care? Tonight was absolutely unimpressive. I can't imagine many independents enjoyed what they saw tonight.

Show me ANY debate, going back to Nixon/Kennedy, where it wasn't a "glorified interview". They're asked a question, they answer with whatever they want, and they turn the question into a 3 minute talking point.Skjellyfetti wrote:You ain't seen nothin yet. If by "faced down Big Oil and won", you mean justifying a $4bil subsidy over 10 yrs for a total of $40bil in taxpayer subsidies to an industry currently enjoying record profits in the trillions, then yes....SuperHornet wrote:And you ask that trash about the lady who faced down Big Oil and won?Appaholic wrote:
