They're increasing the deductibles and out of pocket expenses of the employees by going with cheaper plans that are more prone to rapid price increases. So yes they're saving money, but I would prefer the people who educate, supervise, cook for, and wipe pee off the toilet set for the Kalm boys five days a week to be as healthy as possible.

Saying Walker's policies save money is an oversimplification. I can cut taxes on certain groups, cut services to others, and save money too.
