Your site is off to a great start without it. Thank you for leaving a place for it anyway, might as well add religion to this forum as well. :|

When all the members get bored with the excitement of your new board, they can always come here and start sling daggers at each other. :)

politics has gone over very well on my eGriz.com site and it seems a lot of people like to talk about it so here it is. I don't venture into it much as I mostly don't understand it. I do have some viewpoints though which are mostly me being pissed off about some political shit that is so fucked up it is beyond belief such as internet gambling.

Speaking of Gore, I have a size 25EEE carbon footprint and will never buy a carbon credit from Al or anybody else.

I drive a Ford F350 diesel, but only because I have to use it to haul my horses. The trailer loaded with 4 horses and tack is about 13,500 pounds.....and it takes all of it to make it go.

I have no fear of that at all.....otherwise I would not support the guy. I have never seen Gore propose a thing that would take any of that away from me. On the contrary, Gore's philosophy on the environment would improve my hunting opportunities here in Wyoming by protecting critical big game winter range that is being destroyed at a break neck pace by the oil industry.

I'd like to see Obama or someone that will unit the Reps and Dems. The 2000 election bickering needs to stop.

I consider myself non-partisian. I agree with issues on both sides, and disagree with issues on both sides.

And I could sure live with that as well. The USA is far too divided.

Some Dems are for reasonable Gun Control (semi-automatic weapons, assault-style weapons, keeping criminals and insane individuals from purchasing guns), but no Dem official that I know supports taking all guns away - not even close. Dems support sustainable hunting, fishing, etc. To say otherwise is nothing but false, fear-mongering propoganda

Why did Rosie blowup on Tom Selleck on her TV show?

Rosie speaks for the Democratic Party? She is an elected Democrat? Sure, there are crazies on both sides, but to claim they represent the view of the party, or the majority of the members, is ludicris.

Many people do think these entertainers speak for the party. Look at Al Franken, he's decided to run for Senator of Minnesota. She could be an elected official just as easy as Jesse the Body Ventura.

Good for the Dems. Unfortunately the Second Amendment isn't about either of those things. :werd:
