Saw something on the tube on this while it was being re-fitted. Gone are the massively thick layers of safety glass glued together replaced by the light weight modern stuff. The doors to the passenger department are aircraft strong, and the rider(s) will be sitting in a veritable isolation chamber.

Some say he may even be able to ride all the way to the swearing in ceremony without having to run for it.
