If you saw the ceremony live, President Obama was standing right next to Biden. As the veep ran his mouth, you could see the President reach over and squeeze Biden's elbow...Biden stopped speaking, having stuck his foot in his mouth... :lol: :lol:

But if he says sorry for everytime he puts his foot in his mouth, and it will be a lot, his apology's will become meaningless.
