Overeager rent-a-cop versus neighborhood thug. A true Darwin Award match. Too bad Travon wasn't also packing. A simultaneous draw and twin-killing would have saved the Florida taxpayers millions of dollars and rid the community of a second nuisance in Zimmerman. Now it's down to two choices:

1. Let Zimmerman walk and deal with rioting negroes and random acts of retributional violence against white people (even though Zimmerman is Latino).
2. Appease the negroes and spend additional hundreds of thousands feeding, clothing, housing, and providing cable TV for Zimmerman for life.

Floridians lose either way.

Like it or not, this is what it is. The parents from what I have seen have taken the high road on the race issue, but the public notsomuch. If he's acquitted, there will be riots without a doubt.

Well, then again, if it is a day that ends in "y", there will be riots and killings of some sort.

Country wide. I can almost guarantee shit goes down in Baltimore if aquitted. There were ugly rallies after the arrest up here.

North Idaho will erupt in flames if there's a conviction.

It would be fairly easy to stop the riots.

Issue PSA telling people that they will be shot on sight if they participate or are even out on the street when the rioting occurs. Then follow through with the plan.

It may not work this time because everyone knows this country (especially the east coast) is a bunch of pussys willing to deal with real problems. BUT it would definitely give the rioters in upcoming "travesties" something to think about.

One in 12.

An all women jury should favor the defense. All they have to do is demonstrate that GZ is kind to children and animals and that he calls his mom at least once a week and he is home free.

Didn't you see all the white people rioting after OJ was acquitted? I mean, I and my posse went out, found a black truck driver, dragged him out of his cab, hit him in the head with a brick, posed for a few pics in front of the helicopters, and left him for dead. Because that's how we roll.

Well I hope they find him guily so I can do some rioting. I need a new TV and DVD player.

Ok, I made an OSBF like math mistake in the other thread, but think you're making one here. Sure with 12 people there are 12 different combos by sex, but I highly doubt 1 in 12 juries picked have 12 women and zero men, or 12 men and zero women for that matter....

I'm thinking its just like if someone had 12 kids- what are the odds all 12 would be one sex? More like one in several thousand....
1 kid: 1/2 chance boy, 1/2 chance girl
2 kids: 1/4 chance 2 girls, 1/4 chance 2 boys, 50/50 1 girl, 1 boy.
3 kids 1/8 chance all 3 one sex
4 kids 1/16 chance all 4 one sex
5 kids 1/32 chance all 5 one sex
and on and on till
12 kids, 1/4096 chance all one sex.

Every time I've had jury duty and had to show up, the jury pool seemed to be roughly about 50/50 men/women.

From any of our attorneys on here- how rare is it to have a jury of all one sex?

93 "football" henfan......you are still quite popular in the midwest, personally I liked the finishing head shot with the brick.....very east coast.

I live about 10 miles south of where this all went down and in the same county so let me shed some local flavor on this.

Sanford has a LOT of black people even though Seminole County is overwhelmingly white, educated, and is one of the most upwardly mobile counties in the state. Those blacks are the decendants of slaves and farm workers and are overwhelmingly uneducated, poor, and on the government dole.

The prosecution is going for murder 2 in a case where there are no eyewitnesses, the "victim" can't testify, the "perp" claims self defense and walked away with a broken nose, two black eyes, and cuts and knots on the back of his head. Murder 2 carries a higher standard of proof under Florida law- not a preponderance of the evidence but no reasonable doubt.

It would seem like the case is there to win for the defense... and if, or when, it goes down that way I'm 10000000 percent sure the rate baiting carpet baggers will be back in town stirring up the uneducated lemmings.
