With the stimulus bill passed...and the money starting to flow out the door, Congress now turns to bailing out mortgage holders.

This seems unfair to renters or folks who have (or are) paid off their mortgages. To be fair, those folks should also receive a check from Obama, estimated to be worth around $12K each man/woman/child (so, go ahead and figure $48/family of four).

I want...

Transporter 1991 International Tractor with extended sleeper with extra room for crew, Cummins power plant. 1999 Pace American Big Foot trailer with comfortable loung. TV, AC, and Micro wave, fold out bed. Finished off trailer with winch on rear door and second winch for loading car. Plenty of storage space, with seperate AC for rear of trailer, Observation deck. Onan generator 50 AMP.

Gorgeous rig's in mint condition...owner wants $55k.

With 12K I'd be a non-stimulating pain in the economy. I'd pay off my credit cards and bank the rest.

With 12K I'd be debt free(except for student loans payments). My credit would begin to improve, i'd have moremoney in my pocket to do things and to save.....
