Congrats and good for him. It will be interesting to see what happens in the locker room of the team who drafts him. Homophobia in the NFL is definitely real. Unfortunately, there will be teammates who won't be very welcoming and he will have to go the extra mile to "prove" himself.

If he produces on the field no one will care.

I agree with DF. But I think he cost himself a bunch of money. Teams will take into account of the headache this is going to be before drafting him.

Which is why I give him even more credit than some of the other athletes that have come out.

He "came out" with his team this year. It was going to break eventually, he just did it on his own terms I guess. Better now than as a spectacul a day before the draft. He's supposed to be a 3-5th rounder, not like its Manzel, yet.
