Putin can’t hold a handle to Stalin. He’s up to about 2 days of WWII casualties vs the Krouts..

Yep. Appeasing a fascist dictator is a threat. Looking at you, France, Italy, and Germany.

Maybe Brexit wasn’t such a bad idea. :|

SD and Seattle were complaining about a lack of footage. There has been a fuckton. This is probably the most dramatic I've seen.

The last Ukrainian guy who provides covering fire while his buddies escape (starting around 2:30)... hurls two grenades out of his trench... takes a bullet and shrapnel before finally succumbing to a grenade. Incredibly heroic.

If it's true - it actually sounds like they're pushing towards Nova Kakhovta - which would be a big deal as it's the source of the canal to Crimea.

Dude. Appeasing a fascist aside, she's full of shit and backtracking on her stance from 3 weeks ago. Her argument is that of a child.

Footage showing war crimes. Nice try.

And if there is so much footage, how do you keep believing the propaganda out there. Jesus dude. Russia collusion, Covington Catholic, etc. It's like you are trying to be wrong. Fuck sakes

Sure we can. There are plenty of other conflicts around the world we are blatantly ignoring, they just don't happen to be next to Russia.
What happens when Putin goes after Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and so on?

Ignoring a third-world, tin-pot dictator going after a neighbor is one thing but ignoring a nuclear armed nation run by a megalomaniac who has threatened a variety of countries is a level of appeasement on par with Chamberlain.
Those countries (except Finland) are in NATO, no? The NATO defense pact kicks in and Europe goes to war...'cause you know, that's the reason NATO was created. And if NATO doesn't go to war then the whole thing falls apart. I mean was that even a serious question?

We don't have treaty obligation with many of the other conflicts :coffee:

I read a good thread on how someone compared how the Russians used the Donbass to bleed and attrition Ukraine similarly to how the Germans bled and attritioned France in Verdun during WWI. Verdun was a key fortress/defense system in WWI, and Ukraine spent much of the past 8 years fortifying the Donbas.

It'll be interesting to see how some of they analysis hold water if we ever get some post-war data on some of these theatres of the war.

No. It's the constant distortion of what I believe, much like the little nugget you just dropped. Not even based in reality.

Honestly…based on your posts, you and SD are more transparent than you think. Or you’re being dishonest. Neither are things to be proud of.

That’s on you. I’m just basing my observations on your posts and Twitter links.

What do you believe? Since we’re on this thread, are you rooting for Russia or Ukraine? It’s honestly difficult to tell.

So what do you believe?
