(CNN) -- You have to hand it to Dick Cheney. How many people, knowing what has happened in Iraq over the last 12 years, would dare to write an op-ed in The Wall Street Journal containing this line: "Rarely has a U.S. president been so wrong about so much at the expense of so many" -- and not be talking about George W. Bush? The man has chutzpah.

The op-ed in question was co-written with Cheney's daughter Liz, former State Department worker and failed Senate candidate. The two are forming a new organization, the Alliance for a Strong America.

Of all the former Bush administration officials who have emerged in the last few days to blame the deteriorating situation in Iraq on Barack Obama, one might think Cheney would be among the last.

It's one thing to turn on your TV and hear that Obama is a dangerous weakling from people like Paul Wolfowitz and William Kristol, the ones who told us that war with Iraq would be cheap and easy, then bring a wave of peace and democracy across the Middle East.

But Cheney?

It's too bad GM didn't manufacture his new heart. They could recall it

I wasn't a fan of Dick Cheney

but now, seeing how he makes Donk heads spin around and pop off even after being gone for 5 years I think he's growing on me

I've never been a particular fan of Dick Chaney's, but it seems to me that maybe his hard drive crashed and he should be given the same benefit of the doubt that the IRS is given.

Bush was wrong about Iraq's WMD program. So were an awful lot of other people.

Obama's just wrong about just about EVERYTHING he offers an assessment or opinion on. This guy is clearly the worst President in any of our lifetimes and I can't believe there are still people out there who can't see that. He's also a thoroughly dishonest individual.

We know Bush was wrong about things. But we don't know that he lied. We know...or any reasonable person should know by now...that Obama intentionally lies and/or misleads on a routine basis.

Obama has failed in every category:

Domestic, economic, foreign policy...you name it. He's unequivocally the worst POTUS in the last 120 years.

He lacked the experience, knowledge and skillset to be POTUS. Bush was no daisy, and you may disagree with his decisions, but he's head and shoulders above Obama.

Another measure...had he not received 95% of ALL African-American vote, we'd be critiquing President McCain.

Oh, yeah...
