The Hildabeast goes to Russia to "Reset" our relationship with the commies. Strike One: They jokingly give the Russian PM a big red button to push (after 40 years of wondering who will push the red button first)...Strike Two: The button was supposed to have the word "Reset" in Russian on it. Unfortunately, the morons in the White House staff translated Reset into "Overcharge". Really...how difficult is that?

I have no idea what that means, but it couldn't be any further from "Reset" than what they ended up putting on the button.

If you look at the two mixed up words, there's only a couple of letters' difference when they're spelled in English, and I would imagine they're pretty close in Russian, too. It's like JFK's "Ich bin ein Berliner" gaff; if he hadn't added the "ein", he would have had it perfectly correct.

russian is a hard ass language to get right.

i studied it for 2 years... still don't know enough to get by...

I meant when the Russian words are spelled out using the English alphabet, they're phonetically very close. It was "Peregruzka" vs "pere-something or other".
