So a man consents to donating his sperm to a new girlfriend who has leukemia and is concerned that chemo might prevent her from having children in the future. They break up months later and now, three years down the road, she wants to use one of the embryos to have a kid and a court is saying to the sperm doner "too bad, you're gonna be a daddy."
