Will the Gaffable Veep throw his hat, er, hair implants into the ring? People in Pittsburgh sure think so, judging from the reception he got at a Labor Day parade yesterday.

Saw this analysis and it makes sense - he sucks at primaries so he won't declare/campaign, but he'll stay verrryy visible. He'll then wait to see if Hilary gets indicted - if she doesn't then she's a shoo-in for the nomination and he didn't waste his money/cred. If she is indicted she's DOA and he'll declare/win in a walk-over.

Biden is cheap, that's for sure. Never picks up a check. Buys his suits at those 4-for-1 sales at Joe Bank. Got his house courtesy of a sweetheart deal with MBNA campaign contributor. Delaware loves the guy because it puts our punk-ass state on the map to have an actual Vice President. He'll run. He's been Jonesing for the job since he was 30.

Why wouldn't he. Hillary is collapsing fast. Bernie is insane and a socialist. None of the Republicans really look any better. Why wouldn't he? He can't be any worse than what we've got now.
