If Democrat Hillary Clinton is elected president, Rep. Mo Brooks said he will be ready to move for her impeachment on her first day in office.
"In my judgement, with respect to Hillary Clinton, she will be a unique president if she is elected by the public next November, because the day she's sworn in is the day that she's subject to impeachment because she has committed high crimes and misdemeanors," Brooks said during a recent interview with radio talk show host Matt Murphy.
The Huntsville Republican's comments were in reference to the ongoing controversy over Clinton's use of a personal email server while she was Secretary of State. The FBI is currently investigating Clinton's email server.
